The Incentives for this Company: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 26k base with an increase to 30k within 6 months
- Base + commission – 40% commission structure with no threshold
- Average OTE by year 1 is 60k
- Well being days twice a year – time to focus on yourself (spa trips, boot camps or family time)
- 2x holiday incentives a year – Mallorca, Ibiza, Mykonos, Zante
- Top biller billing over a million
- Average take home of 150k-200k

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Full 360 BD consultant
- Sourcing both clients and candidates, matching them up to the correct profiles and introducing them
- Organising interviews and guiding them through the interview questions
- Consult the candidate and client on the market and the current trends
- Make a successful placement and negotiate the deal
The Ideal Profile for this Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:2 or above
- Sales experience
- Incredibly driven and motivated
- Good conversationalist
- Charismatic
- Financially driven
