The Incentives: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 27k base with a 40% commission structure with no threshold
- Promotion within 5-6 months as long as hitting monthly targets
- OTE in year 1 – 40-45k, year 2 – 45-60k, year 3 – 60-100k+
- One to one training from the top performers who are billing 500k+
- Holiday incentives 3x a year – skiing, Ibiza, Greece, and Cancun

The Job Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Sales based role as you are headhunting and undergoing your own business development
- Sourcing your own clients and consulting them on the market

- Taking them through the interview process and guiding them through difficult questions
