The Benefits: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 27k base with an increase to 32k after promotion
- 40% commission structure with no threshold to maximise earning potential
- 1-2 days work from home after promotion
- Promotion within 5-6 months if hitting targets
- 3x holiday incentives a year – Mykonos, Marbella, Rome and Paris
- Quarterly incentives such as Ascot, Winter Wonderland and Michelin star restaurants

- One to one training form top billers in the company who are exceeding 100k+

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Building client relationships and consulting with them on the market
- Negotiating the contract with them and understanding their criteria for candidates
- Finding that candidate through LinkedIn, cold calling, headhunting and advertising
- Taking them through the interview process and giving them advice
- Make a successful placement and earn commission
