This company works within the finance space, working from junior to director level. The positive about recruiting into this industry is people will always be hiring into a sector as prominent as the financial services. Therefore, you will have consistent work and consequently, more commission! This company will train you one to one so that you can have a full understanding of the industry and how to speak to high-up professionals. Our client is building a new team and are looking for motivated individuals who will get stuck in and earn some cash!
The Perks: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 27k base with an increase to 30k once promoted
- 40% commission structure with no threshold
- One to one training from the directors and top billers
- Hands on training – get you on the phones on your first day so you can learn on the job
- WFH 1 day a week once promoted and billing the targets

The Job Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 180 and 360 recruitment
- Sourcing your own clients and doing your own business development
- Negotiating the deal and contract with them
- Understanding what they look for from an employee for their office
- Source that candidate (or employee) through headhunting, LinkedIn, cold calling and advertising
- Guiding the candidate through the interview process and setting up meetings
The Ideal Candidate for this Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
- Sales experience – B2B, door to door, cold calling
- Driven and ambitious
- Charismatic
- Personable
- Competitive
