Our Client: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Established in 2018, this company recruits within the HR and marketing and space. You will be placing some of the most senior individuals into these industries. This facilitates huge billing fees; therefore, you can earn a large amount of commission! With their commission structure of 40% with no threshold, your earning potential will skyrocket in your first year in the industry. The Job Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Market mapping and understanding the sector to then give advice to your clients and candidates
- Cold calling and headhunting both clients and candidates, offering your expertise and acknowledging what they are looking for out of a company/employee
- Guiding your candidate through the interview process, giving them tips and tricks to be successful and get placed
