The Role- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold calling- potential clients and candidates, whilst also dealing with the rejection that can take place as a result of this
- Guiding candidates through the process- offering advice and support on different stages of the process whilst also being responsible for any negotiations that may subsequently take place
- Attending client meetings- visiting client’s offices to gain a greater understanding of the certain characteristics they after in their new hires
- Researching your sector in depth- constantly undergoing further research in the particular sector to make sure you stay up to date with any new developments that occur
The Ideal Candidate- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Financially motivated- with a strong desire to earn big!
- Competitive in nature- someone who thrives in a competitive environment. A background in sports is a big plus
- Degree or sales experience
- Strong communication skills- ability to form and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
