Potential Earnings: Recruitment Consultant
Year 1 OTE – 40-60k: Year 2 OTE – 60-80k: Year 3 OTE – 80-100k+

Who We Look For: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Sales experience – B2B sales, door to door sales, KPI heavy
- OR degree educated with a 2:1 or above
- Charismatic and charming
- A strong communicator
- A good listener
- A team player
- An individual with a competitive streak
- Ambitious and money motivated
