You’ll start your career as a Researcher, which involves working closely with both your colleagues and your clients to fully understand market conditions and trends, so that you can accurately advise and consult your network.

The Role – Executive Search Consultant
- Sitting in on client briefings to understand their company ethos and hiring requirements
- Researching your market and top individuals who operate in that space
- Creating a long list of candidates who are suitable for your client
- Working closely with your senior consultant to outreach those individuals and introduce them to your client
- Managing the interview process but scheduling meetings, ensuring both parties are prepared, and handling any reservations/ answering any queries
- Creating reports following the process to give an overview of what went well, what could have gone better, and analysing the data
The Requirements:
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Experience working alongside your education (part-time, internships, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Strong work ethic
- Ambitious and driven to build a successful, long-term career
