• 28k base with a raise to 30k once promoted
• Base + commission on top – 40% commission with no threshold
• One to one training from top billers

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• As this is a sales-based role, you will be selling your expertise and advice to both client and candidate, proving and convincing to them that you are one to work with
• Acting as the middleman between client and candidate, you will guide the candidate through the interview process, communicating with the client throughout as well
• You will be sourcing your client and candidate through headhunting, advertising, networking and using the database of CVs
• You’ll be negotiating deals with the client, organizing the terms such as the commission structure
• You will be trusted to source and screen the best candidates that are suited for the role and client, listening to both individuals to understand their non-negotiables
