The Client: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

This company has a focus on the legal space, placing legal professionals into the financial services. The salaries skyrocket in this industry, so you will be billing larger fees than in a lot of other sectors. Gaining experience speaking to top lawyers, you will understand the market thoroughly so you can give insightful advice on hiring and moving companies. Their biggest biller is doing 7 figures, and you can too in just 3 years of being in the industry. Strong training is valued in this company as they know to be successful you need to learn the ropes from the best of the best.

The Incentives: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• 28k base salary with a 35% commission structure with no threshold
• Central London brand new office

• WFH 1 day a week once promoted

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• You will be building relationships and gaining the trust of your clients and candidates. This is done through multiple in-depth conversations, to not only have a bond, but also to understand them and what they are looking for
• You will be cold calling, head hunting, advertising and analysing data to find the right candidate for your client
• As it is a sales-based role, you will need to sell your expertise to your client and candidate, convincing them that you are the best person to work with to beat the competition in the industry
• You will oversee and help your candidate through the interview process, giving advice on the best answers to those difficult interview questions
