The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
Whether you’re a recent graduate or have solid sales experience, this is your chance to learn from experienced professionals and build a rewarding career in recruitment.
Your day-to-day responsibilities:
After training with the founders, you’ll become an expert in recruitment. Your typical tasks will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Writing job adverts
- Screening CVs and conducting candidate interviews
- Negotiating business terms and maintaining successful client relationships
- Hitting and surpassing set targets
- Earning commission and celebrating your achievements!
What we’re looking for – Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
Our client is looking for motivated, hardworking individuals ready to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. While recruitment is challenging, it’s also highly rewarding for those who put in the effort. Ideal candidates will have:
- At least 6 months of B2B sales experience, OR
- A Recent Graduate
