The Company- Research Associate
An incredibly successful company, that specialises in the Technology and Hedge Funds/ Investment management space. They are on the hunt for financially minded individuals who are looking for an excellent opportunity to get into this incredibly rewarding industry. Located in central London they are a boutique business with 11 employees currently, working across the US and UK markets.
A unique opportunity that allows a more research aspect to be taken on the role in comparison to other competitors in the industry. Direct training is provided from the partner, providing you with all the necessary stepping stones to follow in the footsteps of their biggest billers.
The Benefits- Research Associate
- £35k base salary with realistic expected earnings of £55k in your first year!
- Salary increase to £38k after 6 months
- Quarterly incentive trips to Dublin, Amsterdam, New York etc for the whole company

- Excellent commission structure that reaches 50% and no threshold

The Role- Research Associate
- Gaining new clients/ keeping a great relationship with established ones- whilst also attending meetings with these companies to find out their requirements, timelines, company strategy and mission.
- Research/ meetings- diving deeper into the company and market to allow to you set out key points that are needed for potential candidates.
- Headhunting- identifying potential candidates and seeing if they’d be suitable the job position. If so, reaching out to them about the opportunity in question and explaining the opportunity in greater detail.
- Negotiating deals with clients/ candidates- salary/ bonuses/ holidays etc
- Consistently gaining feedback from both parties
- Becoming an expert within your field, understanding all the current trends in the market as well as with clients.
