- Starting salary of £28k rising with each promotion

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new clients through business development
- Meeting with clients to build strong relationships and understand their hiring requirements
- Sourcing top talent through headhunting on LinkedIn, cold-calling, and speaking with previous candidates in your network
- Interviewing candidates, preparing them for interviews with your clients, passing on feedback, and scheduling any further meetings
- Negotiating the best contract for your candidate
- Following up on any leads and building your network
- Consistently advising and consulting your network on market trends
- Working towards both individual and team targets
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Worked alongside university – internships, placement year, part-time work etc.
- Naturally competitive – demonstrated through sports, debate, etc.
- Strong work ethic – ability to go above and beyond for your clients
- Financial drive – the desire to earn over a basic salary
