The Company: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

The Incentives: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 27k base with a 40% commission structure
- 28 days paid holiday + birthdays
- One to one training from the directors and top billers
- 2 holiday incentives a year ranging from skiing in The Alps to Ibiza parties
- Work from home 1-2 days a week once promoted and hitting targets
- Quarterly socials with the team such as Ascot or Winter Wonderland
- Casual dress
- Early finish Thursdays
- OTE: Year 1 – 40k, Year 2 – 60k; Year 3 – 90k+
The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Sourcing both clients and candidates by headhunting, advertising, cold calling and LinkedIn messaging
- Fast paced sales role
- Studying the market to give informed decisions to clients
- Screening candidates and deciding whether they are a good fit for your client
- Organising interviews and giving them advice on how to succeed with the tougher questions
- Make a successful placement and get that commission!
The Ideal Candidate: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Sales experience – B2B, B2C, client facing, cold calling, door to door
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
- Confident people person
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- True financial drive
- Hard worker
- Resilient
