Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Our client is currently looking to expand their team in the new year, bringing on both experienced sales individuals, but also fresh graduates looking for a hands-on, fast-paced role. Dominating the tech space, this client is bringing in clients from all over the world, with their biggest fees seeing 7 figures from the US market. As the salaries are huge in this industry, you should be earning 45k+ in your first year, with 60k+ being your OTE in year 2. Hoping for someone to bring energy and grit into their office, our client is excited for the new year when they bring in even more business!
The Perks: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 26k base with an uncapped commission
- Work from home 1-2 days a week once promoted
- 2 deals and then promoted to consultant

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
360 Recruitment:
- Undergoing your own business development by headhunting your own clients to work with
- Offering your expertise on the market, advising them on hiring processes
- Headhunting and cold calling candidates, screening them to see if they fit the criteria
- Organising their interviews and giving advice on how to answer interview questions
- Making a successful placement and negotiating the contract and deal size
The Perfect Candidate: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Great communication and articulate
- Sales experience
- Financially driven
- Hard working
- Resilient
