- Starting salary at £28k which rises with each promotion
- Uncapped commission scaling to 45%
- OTE in year one hitting £55k, top performers take home £70k+

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new clients through business development
- Building long standing relationships with clients to fully understand their growth and hiring plans
- Sourcing excellent talent through headhunting on LinkedIn
- Interviewing candidates, pairing them with the right opportunities, managing the interview process, and advising both parties through the process
- Handling the offer stage and negotiating any specifics as needed
- Building up a personal brand on LinkedIn and expanding your network
The Requirements – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:2 or above in any discipline
- Experience working with customers or clients in a fast-paced role
- Financially motivated
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Positive, can-do attitude
