What Recruitment Offers You – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Your Role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Once trained by a senior mentor, you’ll develop expertise in the recruitment process. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and securing new business opportunities.
- Writing engaging job adverts.
- Screening CVs and conducting candidate interviews.
- Negotiating terms of business and maintaining client relationships.
- Meeting and exceeding set targets.
- Placing high-calibre candidates in specialised roles—and earning commission on successful placements!

The ideal candidate has:
- A degree or at least 6 months of B2B sales experience.
- High levels of motivation and a financial drive to succeed.
