The Client: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
This company are looking for a few new faces to join their team who are ambitious and looking to earn a lot. Driven by success, this company is one of the leading construction recruitment firms in the industry. Working in the US market just allows them to bill bigger than others as the US market have higher salaries (meaning your own earning potential is higher as the commission is better!). With their top biller training you, there is no doubt you will be learning from the best to gain expert knowledge on the market and become successful.
The Perks: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 27k base with a raise to 30k after promotion to consultant
- Promotion usually within 5-6 months if you are working hard and hitting usual targets expected by a trainee
- After promotion, work from home 1 day a week if hitting targets
- Early finish Fridays
- Casual dress
- Constant holiday incentives to drive motivation – hit targets and you’ll be on the plane with colleagues to places such as Dubai, Portugal, Greece and Mallorca
- One to one training by the top biller who is billing 800k+
- OTE of 40k+ in your first year
- Quarterly team social to Michelin star restaurants, cooking classes, cocktail nights and karaoke
The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
360 Recruitment:
- Doing your own business development and sourcing your clients through headhunting and offering your expertise
- Negotiating the contract and terms
- Understand what they look for in their ideal candidate
- Source that candidate through headhunting, advertising, cold calling and LinkedIn
- Organise their interviews and guide them on answering questions well
- Make a successful placement and earn your commission!
The Perfect Person for this Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above
- Strong sales experience – B2B, B2C, working with KPIs/commission
- A hard worker, with evidence
- Resilience
- Competitive, with evidence – e.g. sports
- Good communication skills and articulate
