The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Established in 2010 they have been able to establish themselves as one of the market leaders in the UK and US. Currently sitting at a head count of 40 employees they are looking to expand as they continue to grow into adjacent areas within the Private Equity and Hedge Fund space.
There is a big emphasis on client relationships, so from day 1 you’ll be given the opportunity to attend client meetings in order to fully understand their needs whilst building up the relationship.
An establishment with multiple one million pound billers – you’ll have the opportunity to learn all their tips and tricks!

- £27k base salary and on target earnings of £50k+ in year 1!

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Recruitment is the process of finding and hiring qualified candidates for job openings. It involves:
- Job Definition: Defining the role, qualifications, and skills needed.
- Sourcing: Attracting candidates through job boards, social media, or referrals.
- Screening: Reviewing resumes to shortlist potential candidates.
- Interviewing: Assessing candidates through interviews or tests.
- Selection: Choosing the best candidate based on fit and qualifications.
- Offer and Negotiation: Presenting a job offer and negotiating terms if needed.
- Onboarding: Integrating the new hire into the organisation.
