The Role – Finance Recruitment Consultant
- Researching the financial markets and outreaching businesses to pitch your services
- Onboarding new clients to understand their offering, as well as hiring requirements
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting on LinkedIn and speaking with candidates to see if their experience is aligned
- Managing the interview process from initial prep, to pushing back on reservations, and feeding back after each interview
- Negotiating the best contract for your candidates, including salary, bonus, start date etc.
- Consistently working to exceed both individual and team targets set
- Building up your brand and network on LinkedIn
The Ideal Candidate – Finance Recruitment Consultant
- Experience working in either a sales-based role, or a commercial role (can be part-time, internships, placement year etc.)
- Financial drive to earn over a basic salary
- Ambition to progress in your career and develop your skill and knowledge base
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Clear communication skills and confidence speaking to a range of individuals
