The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Building up your client base through business development (cold calling)
- Sourcing candidates through headhunting on LinkedIn
- Interviewing candidates and matching them with your clients
- Scheduling interviews and managing the end-to-end interview process (prepping, passing on feedback, advising etc.)
- Negotiating the best contract for your candidates
- Keeping in touch with your network and following any business leads

- Experience working in a client facing role, dealing with people at all levels
