- £27k base salary – with OTE in year 1 of £65k!

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Cold calling – potential clients and candidates, whilst also dealing with the rejection that can take place as a result of this
- Guiding candidates through the process – offering advice and support on different stages of the process whilst also being responsible for any negotiations that may subsequently take place
- Attending client meetings – visiting client’s offices to gain a greater understanding of the certain characteristics they are after in their new hires
- Researching your sector in depth – constantly undergoing further research in the particular sector to make sure you stay up to date with any new developments that occur
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Background: Degree-educated or experience in sales, consultancy, sports, or similar fields
- Competitive Edge: Sports or competitive hobbies highly desirable
