The Company: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
With a focus on the commodity trading space, this company are placing sales and trading professionals into some of the leading firms in the market. With their top biller doing 7 figures, you will be taught one-on-one the tips and tricks to obtain these kinds of billings by year 3. This company offers a very generous commission structure of 50% with no threshold. They are looking to hire both grads and seniors into their team to help them continue their growth stage and bring success to their office.

- 27k base with an increase to 32k once promoted
- One to one training by top billers

- Half days on Fridays

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Negotiate deals and contracts with clients
- Understand the market and the ideal candidate they want
- Source that candidate through headhunting, advertising, networking using LinkedIn and cold-calling
- Organising interviews and being the middleman between client and candidate
- Finalising the deal and building a long-lasting relationship with both candidates and clients
The Ideal Candidate: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:2 or above from a Russell group
- Sales experience or client facing role
- Charismatic
- Personable
- Articulate
- Resilient
