About You – Recruitment Head-Hunter
We’re looking for a down-to-earth individual with a track record of academic excellence or sales experience. You’ll demonstrate ambition, drive, and a commitment to hard work, with experience from internships or work placements showcasing attention to detail and resilience.
About the Role – Recruitment Head-Hunter
As a Recruitment Head-Hunter, you will:
- Conduct extensive market research to gain deep industry expertise and provide best-in-class service to clients and candidates.
- Perform market mapping to identify top talent and understand industry trends.
- Proactively headhunt exceptional candidates for key roles.
- Engage with high-level candidates, matching them to roles aligned with their goals.
- Negotiate client arrangements to achieve successful placements.
- Work closely with senior consultants on searches, contributing through detailed, desk-based research.
- Attend client meetings to refine job briefs and develop strong relationships with top financial clients.
You will start as a generalist Recruitment Head-Hunter, with opportunities to specialise as you grow within the firm, ultimately progressing to a consultant role.
