The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Business development
- Cold calling potential new clients
- Building a great relationship with the clients
- Meeting new/current clients to understand their exact hiring needs
Headhunting candidates
- Sourcing candidates
- Advertising new roles on behalf of the client
- Interviewing candidates
- Guiding them through the whole interview process and providing advice/feedback along the way
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated or relevant sales experience
- Hardworking and results driven
- Money driven – a real drive to succeed financially
- Confident speaking to a range of individuals
- Competitive – a background in sports/competitive hobbies highly sought after
