The Client: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
This company specialises in IT recruitment, with a focus on software development testing. Our client’s office has doubled in size since being founded and are continuing to expand, branching into the US market and are now dominating their space.
The Incentives: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 27k base with an increase to 30k once promoted
- 40% commission with no threshold
- Half days given monthly for those who hit their targets
- Taken to Michelin Star restaurants for those who hit the monthly targets
- Annual reward of an all expenses paid holiday – last year was a ski trip to Chamonix
- Fridays off when hitting targets and taken for days out such as a relaxing spa day or a golf trip
- Pension schemes
- 28 days paid holiday (+bank holidays and incentive rewards)
- Paid maternity leave
- Gym membership close to office
Responsibilities: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels, including databases, social media, networking events, and job boards, to identify and attract top-tier sporty candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experiences, and suitability for different sports-related roles.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with sports organisations, understanding their unique requirements, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and sports business developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Matchmaking: Identify the perfect fit between candidates and clients, ensuring a positive and long-lasting placement for both parties.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with experienced consultants, learning from their expertise, and contributing to the overall success of the team.
