- 27.5k base with a rise to 32.5k after promotion

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Utilising your network and connections to do your own business development
- Sourcing candidates and clients via headhunting, LinkedIn, cold calling and advertising
- Screening candidates and interviewing them
- Giving tips and tricks on how to succeed in interviews and answer questions well
- Negotiate contracts and deal sizes with clients

- Degree educated OR strong sales experience
