With plans to open a New York office in 2025, there is an added opportunity for you to relocate with the business if you choose. You’ll be working with incredible consultants, all who joined the business at graduate level. Every consultant has earned over £45k in their first year, with some reaching £70k.

The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Starting salary of £27,500, rising to £30,000 after your first promotion
• Uncapped commission rising to 40% with no threshold

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Researching, cold-calling, and pitching to new businesses to win them as exclusive clients
• Build strong relationships with your clients and understand their offering/hiring requirements
• Source top talent through headhunting on LinkedIn, speaking with your network, and advertising
• Managing the interview process including scheduling, prepping, and passing on feedback
• Handling any reservations and advising your clients and candidates on market trends

The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
• Hardworking – worked alongside education or have been in a client facing role since
• Confident – able to speak with a range of individuals both on and off the phone
• Financially driven – have the desire to earn well over your base salary
• Competitive – the desire to be the best you can be
