- £28k base salary with OTE in year one of £65k+

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Client Management: Discuss hiring needs, maintain relationships, and post job ads
- Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, LinkedIn, and databases to find and approach candidates
- Screening & Matching: Review CVs, conduct interviews, and match candidates to roles
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and mediate between clients and candidates
- Negotiations: Assist with job offers, salary, and benefit discussions
- Admin & Compliance: Update records, manage compliance checks, and prepare reports
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks
- Business Development: Identify and pitch to new clients, and network to grow contacts
