Your Role as a Trainee Legal Recruitment Consultant:

As a trainee, you’ll be a core part of the recruitment process. You’ll:

• Use a variety of strategies to identify and connect with top legal talent.
• Market map and research the sector to stay ahead in talent acquisition.
• Partner with experienced consultants to introduce candidates to top-tier clients.
• Guide candidates through every step of the recruitment journey, from the initial call to placement.
• Craft impactful advertisements and attend networking events to attract high-calibre talent.
