The Company: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
This client is responsible for hiring the top talent in the finance space. With offices in the UK, Austen and Dubai, there are multiple opportunities for you to broaden your horizons within the company and join a team abroad. Looking to hire several new faces for their team, this company are looking for highly motivated individuals who are keen to kick start their career in recruitment and drive success for themselves and the office. As the top billers are billing fees as high as 90k+, you will be trained by the best performers one on one to gain a strong knowledge of the industry.
The Benefits: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 27.5k base salary with a 40% commission structure with no threshold
- One to one training from the top billers

The Job: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Fast paced sales role, offering your insights to both clients and candidates
- Understanding the market and what you can bring to the table
- Negotiating with clients to gain the best deal
- Sourcing and screening candidates through cold calling, LinkedIn, headhunting and advertising
- Organising their interview schedule and helping them with advice on how to succeed with difficult interview questions
The Ideal Candidate for the Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above from any discipline
- Sales experience such as B2B or cold calling
- An articulate strong communicator
- Charismatic and personable
- Competitive
- Resilient
