The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Established in 2008, this company recruits within the HR and IT space, and has dominated the market across Europe. With offices in London, Berlin, Munich and Sweden, there are opportunities to move to the offices abroad once promoted and entrusted to build out the team. This company is continuing to grow in size and is looking to take on a few more graduates to join them on their expansion journey. They aim to have a new Nordic desk by the new year!
The Incentives – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 27k base salary, rising to 30k once promoted
- 40% commission structure
- All expenses paid summer and winter holiday targets
- Fast career progression – promoted within 5-6 months
- Ability to manage a team and grow your own desk by year 3

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Doing your own business development and sourcing a client
- Offering your expert knowledge on the market
- Screening a candidate for the client, finding them through LinkedIn, advertising, headhunting and cold calling
- Taking them through the interview process, giving them tips on how to be placed successfully
- Negotiate contracts and commission structure terms
Who We Are Looking For – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above from a Redbrick university
- Sporty and competitive
- Charismatic and well spoken
- Driven and ambitious
- Hard working
- Intelligent
