The Company – Executive Search Consultant
We are looking for 3 individuals to join the Financial Services division. You will specialise within either Buy-Side or Sell-Side and assist the team in sourcing top level CFO’s for your clients.
You will work across the UK and the US (mainly London and New York), giving you fantastic exposure to the corporate world from an early stage in your career.
The team are incredible at what they do. The founders have over 40 years of experience combined, and you will receive 1-1 mentorship from the top performers of the business.
The Benefits – Executive Search Consultant
- Starting salary of £34,000, rising to £40,000 when you hit Senior Consultant
- Quarterly bonus of £5,000 for achieving targets, taking your year one OTE to £54,000

- 13-week intensive training programme, inclusive of shadowing, classroom sessions, client/candidate meetings, role-play exercises, and on desk learning

The Role – Executive Search Consultant
- Sitting in on client briefings to get a full sense of their offering and hiring needs
- Mapping the market – researching your client’s competitors, understanding which individuals work within that space, speaking with different people and following any leads, and essentially longlisting suitable candidates
- Working with the client to shortlist suitable candidates to bring forward to interview stage
- Managing the interview process from scheduling, preparing, feeding back, and handling any reservations
- Creating reports following each process – competitor analysis, understanding any reservations, etc.
The Requirements
- Degree educated with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Experience working in a corporate setting; part/full-time, internships, placement year etc.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Highly articulate and confident speaking with high-level stakeholders
- Desire to progress and upskill in every aspect of your career
