What You’ll Do As A Graduate Recruitment Consultant:

As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll dive into sourcing, assessing, and placing legal talent, becoming a critical link between clients and candidates. You’ll:

• Build and manage relationships with in-house legal teams and clients across various sectors
• Take on full ownership of the recruitment cycle, honing skills in negotiation, client relations, and talent management
