Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Our client is looking for 2 Graduates to join a high performing start-up that specialise in talent advisory and delivery for investment banking, private equity, venture capital and equity research.
Currently a one man band he is now looking for 2 Graduates to join him on this ever-growing business and to have hands on training with the founder who has over 6 years of industry knowledge!!
The founder has experience of hiring graduates and making them the most successful billers on the market hiring a team of 4 graduates at their last business generating $2.5 million between them!
With being his first 2 hires you will have a niche focus on your specialism becoming a market leading expert and building out your own team within 2 years and then partnerships within 5 years!!
Heading up the US markets means double salaries compared to the UK meaning BIGGER FEES which means MORE COMMISION FOR YOU!!!

What you’ll be doing as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Speaking to candidates and generating market intelligence
- Interviewing candidates for their suitability to a role
- Writing tailored adverts to post online
- Identifying candidates to headhunt
- Business Development – cold calling companies
- Building strong relationships with clients to maximise ongoing delivery of candidates
- Making deals and celebrating with the soon to be team!
What they need from you as their next Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- US HOURS – Working 11am till 7pm
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as active listening abilities
- Driven and Goal-Oriented: A proactive, self-motivated individual with a hunger for success
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry and be open to learning new skills
