The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

- £26k base salary with OTE of £65k+ in your first year

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Sourcing and headhunting candidates through advertisements, networking, and direct outreach
- Conducting interviews and presenting candidates to clients where there’s a strong match
- Guiding candidates through interview processes, providing expert advice and insights
- Managing roles end-to-end, earning commission on successful placements
- Building your expertise within the sector, creating lasting client relationships, and expanding your LinkedIn network
What we are looking for – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Hardworking, resilient, and willing to go above and beyond
- Motivated by financial success and career advancement
- Sales experience is a plus but not essential
