The Company: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
This client is expanding their team so that they can dominate the US commodity trading space. As they are already the leading recruitment firm for their sector in the UK, they want to take on a few new faces to help gain the connections in the upcoming New York office. Working both in person and remote, you will build relationships with the highest earning commodity trading and sales professionals. In this space, you will be billing fees as high as 100k+, meaning your commission in this industry will sky rocket in comparison to some other sectors.
The Incentives: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- 27.5k base salary with 50% commission structure no threshold
- Work from home 1-2 days a week – depending on promotions/or you are working in the US market
- Annual holiday incentives – Mallorca, Greece, France, Venice
- Building long lasting relationships with unique clients

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Building a relationship with the client and listen to what their ideal candidate will be
- Sort the contract and commission structure you will be working with
- Source the candidate by cold calling, headhunting, advertising and LinkedIn
- Guiding the candidate through the interview process, organising all their meetings
- Give advice on what to say/not to say in an interview
The Ideal Candidate: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Degree educated – 2:1 or above from any discipline
- Sales experience
- Confident
- Chatty
- Personable
- Competitive
- Money motivated
