The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

In this role, you’ll receive hands-on training directly from the partner and work alongside the top biller, setting you up to make a name for yourself in the industry.

- £26k base salary with realistic first-year on-target earnings of £65k+

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Business Development
- Cold calling potential clients and nurturing client relationships
- Meeting clients to understand their hiring needs
- Candidate Headhunting
- Sourcing candidates, advertising roles, and conducting interviews
- Guiding candidates through the interview process, offering support and feedback
