The Company: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Starting up in 2008, this company now dominates the legal recruitment sector. As a specialist company, they focus on 4 specific sectors, meaning they can be experts in their fields, and have lasting relationships with candidates in those sectors. Face-to-face meetings are of high value to them, and so they meet with clients and candidates most days of the week to keep rapport and inform them on the market. This team are looking for new graduates to join their team and recruit legal professionals into the finance sector.

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Maintaining long lasting relationships with both candidates and clients
- Researching the market so you have in depth knowledge of the industry
- Building your pipeline and organising all potential candidates at once
- Guiding candidates through the interview process
- Negotiating the deal and contracts to get the best outcome for both your self and your candidate
