Trainee Recruitment Consultant needed immediately!
You’ll be working for a leading technology consultancy and recruitment agency, combining innovation and expertise to drive success for businesses. They specialise in connecting top-tier talent with organisations in the Cleantech and energy industry, ensuring the perfect fit for both candidates and companies. With personalised service and industry insights, they redefine the future of technology and recruitment. They have grown to work globally across Europe and the US and have recently opened an office in Texas. They are looking for an ambitious individual to join the team as they continue to grow!

- £27.5k base salary + competitive commission structure (huge OTE potential from the get-go 1st year of £50k-£70k 2nd year £85k and 3rd year £100k plus)

What you’ll be doing as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Speaking to candidates and generating market intelligence
- Interviewing candidates for their suitability to a role
- Writing tailored adverts to post online
- Identifying candidates to headhunt
- Business Development – cold calling companies
- Building strong relationships with clients to maximise ongoing delivery of candidates
- Making deals and celebrating with the team!
What they require for their next Trainee Recruitment Consultant:
- Degree educated
- Naturally competitive
- Driven
- Communication skills
- Ability to work on own timeline and others within a team
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- To have a thorough understanding of computer systems and applications
