Our client is on the lookout for 5 Graduates who are looking to fast track their career and become business leaders within the next 3 years.
They will give you all the skills necessary to build your own business within their business and become their next generation of leaders.
They essentially build technology teams for asset managers, hedge funds, financial vendor businesses, private equity & Wealth Managers!
The sector they operate in is specialist and demanding so the roles we recruit into tend to be higher paid, more complex in terms of skills required and therefore greater time and effort required to fill a role successfully.
With 3 regional offices in London, Bristol & more recently Chicago they have ambitious plans to grow from 50 to 250 heads In the next 3 years. All their regional directors started their careers as associates making their leadership teams ‘home grown talent’

What you’ll be doing day to day as their next Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Sourcing talent via networking, headhunting and more
- Initiating business development calls to bring in clients
- Build out a presence within your field
- Negotiating terms of business and outcomes for candidates and clients
- Conducting interviews with candidates
- Attending network events
