The Company: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
This client is one of the leading tech firms in the recruitment market. They are a trusted growth partner in building Go-To-Market teams for the most disruptive Software companies that aim to redefine the tech landscape. With average billing fee sizes of 30k, this company offers a generous commission structure of 40% with no threshold. Already expanding their team with 10 new faces, our client is looking to hire 3 graduates who are keen to maximise their earning potential and get stuck in!

- 4 x incentive trips per year (1 presidents club – usually Dubai or skiing) and 3 European trips (Mykonos, Ibiza, South of France) for Q1, Q2 and Q3

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Market mapping and understanding the sector to give advice to your clients and candidates
- Cold calling and headhunting both clients and candidates, offering your expertise and acknowledging what they are looking for from a company/employee
- Guiding your candidate through the interview process, giving them tips and tricks to be successful and get placed
