The Benefits – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- £27k base salary which increases to £32k after you pass your 6 month probation
- Commission structure up to 40% with no threshold! Start earning straight away
- OTE in year one of £65k+ through promotions and commission
- Exposure to the leading companies in the sector – such as APAX, Evercore, Hayfin, KKR etc.
- International offices set to open in New York in 2025 – allowing relocation opportunities further down the line if desired

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Business development
- Cold calling potential new clients
- Building a great relationship with the clients
- Meeting new/current clients to understand their exact hiring needs
- Headhunting candidates
- Sourcing candidates
- Advertising new roles on behalf of the client
- Interviewing candidates
- Guiding them through the whole interview process and providing advice/feedback along the way
