The Company – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
If you’re looking to work somewhere with exposure to the best recruiters, this is the one for you – with 5 heads in the existing team, you will learn directly from the 2 founders of the business who generate over £1m in revenue each, every year.
They specialise in placing trading and salespeople into the commodities space. Their commission structure rises to 35%, and with an average fee size of £90k, this means you will be taking home a huge amount of money year-on-year.
With a huge growth vision, this is the time to join. They are wanting to grow out to 20 heads within the next 2 years, meaning you will have the chance to lead, manage, and grow your own team within just 18 months.

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new clients through business development
- Understanding your clients offering and hiring requirements
- Building your network and speaking with trading and sales professionals
- Matching candidates and clients together and managing the interview process
- Handling any reservations and objections you come up against
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals
The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above in any discipline
- Experience working in a client facing role – sales, placement year, internships etc.
- Genuine drive to earn good money in your career
- Ambition to progress quickly
- Naturally competitive – background in sports, sales, debate etc.
