Our client is a boutique Got to Market (GTM) technology company across the US & UK covering the top 1% of C-suite executives in the early stages of their ventures!
Covering some of the most technological advancements in the market across AI/ ML they are looking for 4 high performing confident individuals to join their expanding firm.
The 2 founders have previous experience in larger organisations, building business’s from the ground up, from £200k in revenue to a £5million in revenue business and from 5 heads to 55 heads. This opportunity is HUGE, successful candidates will learn from the two founders, where one is a 7 figure biller and the other a 6 figure biller!!!!
Founded barely a year ago they have already generated £2million in revenue and currently have more business than they can handle!!
Having just opened up an office in New York not only is there huge growth opportunities within the business for these 4 individuals but also international opportunities for anyone who wants to make the switch!

What’s in it for you as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant!
- Starting base salary of £27.5k
- Realistic targets for promotion (typically 6 months then rises to £32.5k)
- HUGE EARNING POTENTIAL from the get go – one consultant had an £11k commission cheque just 4 MONTHS IN!
- One to One Training with the 2 founders (one being a 7 FIGURE BILLER, the other being a 6 FIGURE BILLER)
- Commission structure that rises to 40% on what you bill – OTE of £60k in Y1 ALONE!

What you will be doing day to day as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant!
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels, including databases, social media, networking events, and job boards, to identify and attract top-tier sporty candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experiences, and suitability for different sports-related roles.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with sports organisations, understanding their unique requirements, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and sports business developments.
- Matchmaking: Identify the perfect fit between candidates and clients, ensuring a positive and long-lasting placement for both parties.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with experienced consultants, learning from their expertise, and contributing to the overall success of the team.
