Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Building and managing client relationships
- Sourcing top talent
- Advertising exciting job openings
- Preparing candidates for interviews
- Negotiating terms and conditions
- Acting as the liaison between clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
