• Negotiating contracts and understanding the wants and needs of a client
• Building your own business by having autonomy over your work from day 1
• Networking to build personal relationships with clients and candidates to gain trust and create long lasting placements within the industry
• Cold-calling, advertising, and LinkedIn messaging allows you to build rapport
