The Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in connecting talented candidates with leading businesses. You’ll be provided with extensive training on the technologies and skills your clients are looking for, allowing you to quickly become a trusted expert.
Your responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Sourcing and headhunting candidates using cutting-edge recruitment techniques
- Managing the candidate journey from attraction to placement
- Preparing candidates for interviews and ensuring a smooth recruitment process
- Attending client meetings to fully understand their hiring needs
What We’re Looking For – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships
- A degree from a good university
- Team player with involvement in extra-curricular activities
- Sales experience or experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
