The Role – Graduate Recruitment Consultant
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll dive into the world of recruitment – a sales-driven industry where you’ll be matching top professionals with cutting-edge roles in sectors like Technology, Finance, Engineering, and Pharmaceuticals.
- Year 1: £25K base, £45K OTE
- Year 2: £60K OTE
- Year 3: £100K+ OTE
Your key responsibilities include:
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Sourcing and managing top-tier candidates
- Guiding candidates through the hiring process and preparing them for interviews
- Delivering recruitment solutions that exceed client expectations
