The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
We are seeking ambitious 2024 graduates to join our client as Trainee Recruitment Consultants. Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage with top talent using a variety of sourcing methods.
- Client Management: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide them with the best candidates to fit their requirements.
- Interview Coordination: You will arrange and conduct interviews as well as feedback and support.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends to provide clients and candidates with valuable insights and advice.
- Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships within your sector, attending industry events and meetings.
